AN ORDINANCE ABANDONING, VACATING AND CLOSING
I PATS OF THOSE CERTAIN STREETS SITUATE IN THE
CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH, FLORIDA, AND KNOWN AS
LUZERNE STREET, CYPRESS STREET and BELVEDERE
STREET:
BE IT ENACTED by the People of the City of Atlantic
Beach, Florida:
Section 1. All that part of the certain street in
the City of Atlantic Beach, Florida, known as Luzerne Street,
lying between the Easterly line of the Street known as Circle
Street and the Westerly line of the street known as Seminole
Road (Formerly Salt Air Blvd. ) ; and all that part of the street
in said City known as Cypress Street, lying between the
northerly line of the street known as Palm Avenue and the
southerly line of said Luzerne Street; and all that part of
the street in said City known as Belvedere Street, lying
between the northerly line of said Palm Avenue and the southerly
line of said Luzerne Street, be and the same are hereby aban-
doned, vacated and closed.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon passage on final reading.
Passed by the City Commission on first reading, March
26, 1963 .
Passed by the City Commission on second and final
reading, April 8 1963 .
