AN ORDINANCE CHANGING THE NAME OF THAT
CERTAIN STREET IN THE CITY OF ATLANTIC
BEACH, FLORIDA, SHOWN AND DESIGNATED AS
LEWIS STREET ON THE PLAT OF LEWIS SUBDIVI-
SION, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 24, PAGE 92
OF THE CURRENT PUBLIC RECORDS OF DUVAL
COUNTY, FLORIDA: AND CHANGING THE NAME OF
THOSE CERTAIN STREETS SHOWN AND DESIGNATED
JASMINE STREET AND JASMINE PLACE, ON THE
PLAT OF SALTAIR SUBDIVISION, SECTION 3 ,
RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 15 OF THE
SAID RECORDS OF SAID DUVAL COUNTY.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ATLANTIC
BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the name of that certain street shown
and designated as Lewis Street on the plat of Lewis Subdivision,
recorded in Plat Book 24, page 92 of the current public records
of Duval County, Florida, be changed as follows :
All that part of said Lewis Street, as shown on said
plat, lying between the Westerly line of said plat and the Wester-
41/0 ly line of Block 2 thereof, be and the same is hereby changed to
Stewart Street, by which name it shall hereafter be known; and
all that part of said Lewis Street, as shown on said plat, lying
between the extension of the Southerly line of Block 3 , to the
Westerly line of Block 2, of said plat, and the Southerly line of
Church Road, as shown on said plat, be and the same is hereby
changed to Mealy Street, by which name it shall hereafter be known.
Section 2 . That the name of that certain street shown
and designated as Jasmine Street on the plat of Saltair Subdivi-
sion, Section 3 , recorded in Plat Book 10, page 15 of the current
public records of Duval County, Florida , be changed to Maple Street,
by which name it shall hereafter be known.
Section 3 . That the name of that certain street shown
and designated as Jasmine Place on said plat of Saltair Subdivision,
Section 3, be and the same is hereby changed to Elm Street, by
which name it shall hereafter be known.
Section 4. This Ordinance shall become effective immed-
iately upon its final passage.
