Ordinance No. 65-86-11 v ORDINANCE NO. 65-86-11 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ORDINANCE CODE OF THE CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH, FLORIDA; PROVIDING FOR THE NAMING OF CERTAIN UN- NAMED STREETS IN SECTION H IN THE CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH, FLORIDA; REPEALING ORDIN- ANCE NO. 110 OF THE TOWN OF ATLANTIC BEACH, FLORIDA, WHICH CONTAINED ERRORS IN THE NAMING OF CERTAIN STREETS IN SECTION H; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE BE IT ORDAINED by the City Commission of the City of Atlantic Beach, Florida: Section 1. Ordinance No. 110 is hereby repealed in its entirety. Section 2. That all unnamed streets in Section H as shown by record- ed plat in Plat Book 18 Page 34 records of Duval County, Florida, be now and hereafter called by the following names, to wit: Beginning with the streets running east and west and parallel to Atlantic Boulevard in the said Section H, the first street north of Atlantic Boulevard shall be called First Street; the second street shall be called Second Street; the third street shall be called Third Street; the fourth street shall be called Fourth Street, the fifth street shall be called Fifth Street; the sixth street shall be called Sixth Street; the seventh street shall be called Seventh Street; the eighth street shall be called Eighth Street; the ninth street shall be called Ninth Street; the tenth street shall be called Tenth Street; the eleventh street shall be called Eleventh Street; the twelfth street shall be called West Plaza; the thirteenth street shall be called Twelfth Street; the fourteenth street shall be called Thirteenth Street and the fifteenth street shall be called Fourteenth Street. The streets running north and south and parallel to the Mayport Road, shall be named the following, to wit: beginning at the west side of the Mayport Road right of way the first street shall be called Orchid; the second street shall be called Rose; the third street shall be called Violet; the fourth street shall be called Mems Hibiscus; the fifth street shall be called Stocks; the sixth street shall be called Main Street; the seventh street shall be called Camellia; the eighth street shall be called Jasmine; the ninth street shall be called Begonia; the tenth street shall be called Tulip; the eleventh street shall be called Carnation; the twelfth street shall be called Gladiola and thirteenth street shall be called Lily. Section 3. This Ordinance shall become effective upon its adoption.
