AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH, FLORIDA
CLOSING, VACATING AND ABANDONING A PORTION OF VIOLET
STREET, MORE PARTICULARLY HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED;
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The City does hereby close, vacate and abandon that
portion of a road right of way known as Violet Street lying in Section
H, Atlantic Beach, as shown on plat recorded in Plat Book 18, Page 34,
of the current public records of Duval County, and being that portion of
Violet Street running south 320 feet from West Plaza until it dead-ends
into Lot 1, Block 156, Section H, as shown on the map attached hereto
and which is a part hereof.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its adoption.
