Troy – It appears the City owns property behind the white fence at 810
Hibiscus, see attached special warranty deed with survey. It is possible
that a small section of her lateral is on the neighbor’s property, but
most of it is on city-owned property. It doesn’t help that the aerial
doesn’t match up well in this area, but if you look at my attached
sketch, that should be pretty close what the parcel is that the city
owns.
Ignore the property lines shown on the aerials since they are off a
bit, I placed the city-owned square piece of property based on fence
lines, etc., so it is close but not exact. The water meter at 810 should
be pretty close to the north-south property line.
