The City owns a portion of the area perceived as the front yard and some property behind the white fence at 810 Hibiscus. The details of the City ownership are shown with the attached special warranty deed with survey. Also included, is a print out of the City owned parcel from the property appraiser website. However, note the that the property lines are skewed on the website in relation to the buildings. This due to the aerial photos being flown at an angle. A portion of the property perceived as the front yard is City property therefore; utilities and utilities repairs are a permissible in this area. If you feel that this is in error, you are welcome to have your property re -surveyed. Please contact me if you have any questions.
