AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH, FLORIDA, CLOSING
CERTAIN PORTIONS OF BEGONIA STREET AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE .
WHEREAS, the City of Atlantic Beach has acquired property and developed the
Tide Views Preserve and
WHEREAS, the portion of Begonia Street beginning at its intersection with
Atlantic Blvd. and extending North to its intersection with First Street has been developed
for landscaping and parking associated with the Tide Views Preserve.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Commission of the City of Atlantic Beach,
Florida that:
SECTION 1. The City does hereby close that portion of Begonia Street beginning
at its intersection with Atlantic Blvd. and extending North to its intersection with First
Street.
• SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon final passage
and adoption.
PASSED by the City Commission on first reading this of January 2000.
PASSED by the City Commission on second and final reading this /4/64 day of
February 2000.
