The Respondent was cited for violation of Code Section 24-163 (c) for parking a recreational vehicle(a boat and trailer) closer than the fifteen (15) feet from the front lot line. 4. The City of Atlantic Beach stated the boat violation has come into compliance and is not pursuing a fine. CONCLUSIONS OF LAW 5. The City of Atlantic Beach provided proper notice to the Respondent. The Respondent was in violation, but has come into compliance.
