A code enforcement inspection at 730 PLAZA was conducted on 12/6/2022. The City of Atlantic Beach Code
Enforcement has found your property to be in violation of the City of Atlantic Beach Code of Ordinances:
NATURE OF VIOLATION: The property is listed on www.airbnb.com as a short term rental. Lease periods of
less than 90 days are not permitted in Atlantic Beach.
APPLICABLE CODE: Sec. 24-81 (1) Short term rentals prohibited. Private homes including but not limited to,
single-family homes,townhomes, duplexes, multi-family dwellings including condominiums and the like, shall
not be rented or leased for a term or period of less than ninety(90)days.No person(s)shall offer or advertise a
private home for rent or lease for a term or period of less than ninety(90)days.
ACTION TO CORRECT: This letter requests that the noted violation(s) be corrected by ceasing the
leasing and advertising of the unit for a period of less than 90 days within ONE (1) days of the receipt of
this notice.
Thank you for your cooperation in this matter. Failure to correct the violation by the required date may result in
this case being referred to the Code Enforcement Special Magistrate resulting in fines up to two hundred fifty
dollars ($250.00) per day. Upon completion of the action required, it is your responsibility to contact me and
