Amanda Askew, Planning and Community Development Director
Sarah Boren shared the first draft of the excel sheet she made from the priorities from the Sustainability and Resiliency Community Action Plan (CAP).
Discussion ensued around the format of the excel sheet. Ms. Boren explained that the eight categories were used from the CAP and she took the first pass at determining the timing and
responsible parties for each priority.
The city manager reiterated that he is in support of priorities however, Commission ultimately needs to give him direction.
ESC discussed the opportunities for grants to be used to accomplish the priorities and the use of volunteers and subject matter experts.
ESC members discussed the need to rank the priorities and then present to Commission in January at their priority setting meeting.
