Roof Analysis of 523 Cruiser Lane
To Whom it May Concern:
At the request of Reliant roofing. Legacy Engineering had a licensed engineer visit the above-mentioned
location to perform a visual observation at various points of the roofing process.
Midway through the roofing process, roof decking and fastening was reviewed along with proper
underlayment, associated fastening, and laps, “peel and stick” at necessary locations, and drip edges and
flashing. After completion of the roof the roof was again walked and minor sealing around ridge cap vents
were made. Sealing around all other penetrations was observed along with shingle lap, nailing, and proper
exposed fastener sealing (though it should be noted that the exposed fastener was present on the top of the
ridge cap vent). Roof to wall connections were not inspected.
This engineering analysis was conducted by a Florida licensed engineer and does not constitute inspection
by or acceptance of the authority having jurisdiction.
