ORDINANCE NO. 75-92-10
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 90-82-74, BEING
AN ORDINANCE ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE AMENDING
CHAPTER 24 OF THE ORDINANCE CODE OF THE CITY OF
ATLANTIC BEACH TO ALLOW PARKING OF TRAVEL TRAILERS,
MOTOR HOMES, HAULING TRAILERS OR BOAT TRAILERS IN
RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS ON PRIVATE PROPERTY IN FRONT
OF THE FRONT YARD BUILDING LINE
BE IT ENACIEIJ BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 24, Section 24-163, (2) be struck in its
entirety and changed to read as follows:
" (2) Only one travel trailer, motor hare, hauling trailer or boat
trailer shall be permitted parked or stored on any lot in residential
districts as long as they are located entirely on private property and
do not create a traffic or safety hazard;"
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon
its passage on final reading.
Passed by the City Conmission on first reading this 14th day of
December , 1992.
Passed by the City Commission on second and final reading this
day of , 1993.
