I will sign and notarize my portion shortly and forward to you. In
regards to the meeting I will patch in via zoom although my intentions
were to come and be a live participant. Unfortunately I threw my back
out bending down to pick up a sea shell at the beach and can barely
walk, so its best I join from the comforts of home.
