1966 Beach Avenue ZVAR20-0014 Fwd RecapHello Amanda!
Pleasure speaking with you today regarding a follow up to last nights
variance meeting. As discussed, (and present within this forward) I
turned in a PD (Preliminary Design) along with my variance application.
All was previously discussed with Brian via an on site meeting and per
email correspondence that these plans were to be presented along with an
opportunity for Lisa and I to present a scaled model of said plans via
zoom. We feel that this oversight did not allow an opportunity for our
fullest disclosure of our vision. I am sorry that this has happened, but
I did everything I was supposed to do and can't see where this was
caused by my doing. What is the typical protocol regarding matters like
this? I would assume a simple measure of integrity would merit
reconsideration due to the oversight. I would be happy to contribute my
efforts towards an appeal, but this modus operandi doesn't resonate well
with us due to the recent series of events that birthed an inability to
present our variance case in its entirety per last nights meeting. I am
always reminded that life is certainly not devoid of human error and I
would hope that there is enough grace to allow an alternative approach
to this matter.
Please advise, thanks!
Respectfully,
Montell Owens
