The owners of the home at Dewees & Seminole Rd have requested a
variance to put up a higher fence than permitted in the front of their
property. That would give the front there a featureless appearance. It
would also have the effect of dividing it or separating it from the
other structures/ families on the street. The people who live across the
street or anyone on that street would pass by this or see it every time
they passed by or looked outside of their homes.
Please do not approve this request. Those of us who already live here
are trying hard to keep our community as it is -- with houses with
individual character, facades that add to the beauty of the streets, and
trees that grace our properties giving us shade, privacy and hold our
groundwater.
