I have described below the action to be taken for each item of concern involving only the initial Building Review. Zoning ITEM 1 The flood zone information has been updated on the site plan Sheet A1002. ITEM 2 Contractor will provide a clean copy of the survey with the topo lines. ITEM 3 The existing structure WE.is 8.36 N.A.V.D. 88. ITEM 4 The setbacks of 10' are illustrated on the site plan, see Sheet A1002. The only part of the project within the setback is the existing structure on the South side of the property. ITEM 5 The North side of the project addition wall veneer was over the setback, the structure has been reduced by 6" to make sure the entirety of the wall composition is clear of the setback. Building ITEM 1 The Area square footage chart was indicated on sheet A1002, it has been altered to group existing elements and proposed. We have also added this chart to sheet A2002. ITEM 2 Both the door into the Master Bath(Room 114) and the Powder Room (room 112) were issued with 2'-8" doors, which should provide a 29" opening as required by code. I don't believe any changes are needed to meet the Building Code. ITEM 3 Contractor will provide this information. ITEM 4 Contractor will provide this information. Public Works All ITems See sheet A1002 for this information and location of retainage, this was originally part of the issued drawings, no changes have been made. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you require any clarification or additional information regarding these issues. Thank you for your time and assistance during the permitting process for this project.
