The Respondent was cited for violation of City of Atlantic Beach Code, Section 24-163(c) for having his boat parked too close to the street (at least 15 feet from the front lot line) and also having a second vehicle (a Recreational Vehicle) on the Property. The Property must have a minimum of 10,000 square feet in order for a second vehicle to be parked on the Property. The City of Atlantic Beach property appraiser has the Property measured at 5,000 square feet. 4. The City of Atlantic Beach requested the Respondent remove one vehicle and park the remaining vehicle within the 15 ft requirement within thirty(30) days of the date of this Order. If not timely in compliance, a fine of$250.00 per day be assessed. CONCLUSIONS OF LAW 5. The City of Atlantic Beach provided proper notice to the Respondent. The Respondent is in Violation of Sec 24-163 (c). ORDER Based upon the foregoing Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law and pursuant to the authority granted in Chapter 162, Florida Statutes, and the Code of Ordinances of the City of Atlantic Beach, Florida it is Ordered: A.
