I have received a required letter from your surveyor explaining why
this project did not meet setbacks. You will need to make arrangements
to pay the variance fee. You will need to reference the application #
ZVAR21-0007. You can pay over the phone 904-247-5800 with a credit
card or you can stop by city hall. Once the fee is paid the planning
department can sign off on our portion of the certificate of occupancy.
You were fortunate that this project met the requirements for an
administrative variance otherwise you would not be able to obtain a
Certificate of Occupancy – you were within one (1) inch of the
threshold.
