ORDINANCE NO. 80-7140
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION I
ITEMS 2 and 3 OF ORDINANCE NO
80-65-9 OF THE CITY OF ATLANTIC
BEACH FOR THE IMPOSITION AND
COLLECTION OF SEWER SERVICE
CHARGES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH,
FLORIDA, that
Section Io Items 2 and 3 shall be ammended as
follows:
20 Special Users:
(a) Churches; $9.00 per quarter
(b) Elementary school; $72.00
3. All Other Users:
Acquatic Club, barbLr chops, bare beauty
parlors, business offices, country clubs,
filling stations, garages, hotels, indus-
trial plants, kindergartens, rest7urants
retail stores; .3nd theaters; for each area
of a building served by one water meter;
a basic charge of $3.00 per quarter, plus
additional charges related to metered water
usuage as follows: add 100% of water charges
to the basic charge of sewer services.
