To Whom it May Concern:
Upon inspection of the property, I found a Magnolia tree that needs to be removed. The
tree is not dead however it has outgrown the small area where it was planted. The tree is growing
a small fenced off area between two houses. Its branches grow out towards the other homes. If we
pruned the tree that it doesn't infringe on the homes would cause severe damage to the tree and
eventually kill it. The tree should be removed and replaced with an ornamental tree or palm. A
species that does not grow that big and has a smaller root system. The homeowners have agreed
to do so and also plant a hardwood from the selected list of trees from the city in their backyard
where it will have optimal space to grow.
