To Whom it May Concern:
Upon inspection of the property, I found one (1) Pignut Hickory tree that needs to be
removed. The tree has outgrown its current location on the property. The tree is stuck between a
driveway, power line, and the house. The tree is leaning towards the house and is raising the grade
level of the ground surrounding the tree. The tree should be removed before additional damage is
done to the driveway or foundation of the home. The tree is a hazard to the homeowners and the
property.
