Dear Mr. Ibranovic,
Per your request, I visited 1500 Selva Marina Atlantic Beach, Florida 32233 to determine the health and
condition of a tree that was partially removed during clearing. The tree is in the neighbor’s yard at 1490
Selva Marina and has uprooted and leaning/laying on the cinder block fence at a 45 degree angle. The tree
was topped at approximately 8 feet during clearing. It appears to be a 15” DBH Tallow (Invasive).
The trunk and root system are still intact, and the roots have pulled loose, and it has clearly uprooted to lay
on the fence. Additionally, the weight of the tree has cracked the concrete fence.
