To Whom it May Concern:
Upon inspection of the property, I found a Water oak tree that needs to be removed. The
tree poses a major risk to the homeowner and the property. The tree has exposed roots which means
the tree does not have enough soil space to grow properly. The tree has holes in the trunk where
visible rot can be seen. This indicates some amount of decayed wood on the inside of the tree. This
makes it unsafe for high winds with heavy rains. The tree is growing extremely close to the home
and it leans directly towards the house. It is very unsafe for high winds and heavy rains. The tree
cannot be trimmed to make safe and is at high risk of causing damage to the property.
