Per your request we have visited the property at the above address on 10/21/2022 and
our findings are as follows:
A. 15” D.B.H. sabal palm (Sabal palmetto) – this tree is dead, likely caused by lethal
bronzing. This tree is located in the backyard of the residence, next to the pool. This tree
is a hazard to people and property.
I used the ISA Basic Tree Risk Assessment Form to determine the overall risk rating
for this tree. Please see below:
