At your request, I have inspected the triple stemmed Oak in your front yard.
This is three individual trees that grew extremely close together; this creates
a very weak attachment to the ground and sets up the conditions for included
bark, heart rot and fungal infection. These trees exhibit all of these. In my
opinion these trees are unstable and will cause damage to persons and
property when they fail. I would suggest removal at your earliest
convenience.
