This letter is in regards to the current status and condition of the
recently storm damaged Laurel oak tree located at the Glawe
residence at 1656 Park Terrace West Atlantic Beach, Florida 32233. It
is marked and located on the southeast corner of the house
approximately 2 feet from the foundation.
The tree just had approximately 65% percent of its canopy removed in
a recent wind storm. The remaining 35% of the tree is now structurally
compromised. Even without incurring the recent potentially fatal
storm damage its base proximity to the foundation of the house is
within liability range.
As a result of the current conditions, it is recommended that the
remaining tree be removed.
