1662 Park Terrace West, Atlantic Beach Water Oak Observations
To whom it may concern,
My name is Kyle Stoudenmire and I am an ISA certified arborist and I work for Yellowstone
Landscape. On January 17th of 2022 Yellowstone Landscape and homeowner observed a declining
water oak in the resident’s front yard. Upon inspection of the tree, the tree was a co-dominant tree
and one stem was removed. The one stem that was removed is now a stump that is showing severe
signs of decay including Ganoderma. This deadly disease has spread to the remainder of the tree and
it is now showing signs of decline and the risk of failing is severe. This tree is hazardous and should
be removed immediately. Please see pictures below.
