Per client's request, I assessed the condition of 3 Laurel oaks at the above address on June 30,
2022. My findings are as follows:
Tree 1 - Laurel oak (Quercus laurifolia) 38" DBH (diameter at breast height) located on the
Southwest corner of the property. This tree has severe decay in the base and extends up into
the codominant union. This tree has unacceptable risk of causing significant damage to the
utility lines and/or injury to pedestrians. Complete tree removal is the only mitigation option to
bring this tree to an acceptable risk level.

Tree 2 - Laurel oak (Quercus laurifolia) 16" DBH located on the left side of the driveway;
growing over the utility service wires. This tree has significant decay on the main stem which
affects the structural integrity of the tree. This tree has unacceptable risk of causing significant
damage to the utility lines and personal injury. Complete tree removal is the only mitigation
option to bring this tree to an acceptable risk level.

Tree 3 - Laurel oak (Quercus laurifolia) 21" DBH located on the right side of the driveway. This
tree has a large dead section in the canopy with evidence of a previous branch failure. This tree
has a large hollow cavity in the base. This tree has unacceptable risk of causing damage to the
property or injury to pedestrians. Complete tree removal is the only mitigation option to bring this
tree to an acceptable risk level.
