Thank you for the opportunity to assess your property, my findings are as follows: The rear 24" DBH
magnolia tree damaging concrete slab and walk way and close proximity to home should be considered
for removal. Lifted walkway liability is hazard to persons. I recommend removal pursuant to Florida
Statute § 163.045.
