To whom it may concern,
My name is Kyle Stoudenmire and I am an ISA certified arborist and I work for Yellowstone
Landscape. On January 24th of 2022, Yellowstone Landscape and the homeowner inspected 3 oak
trees on property. One oak tree is a multi-stemmed 4 leader tree that is rubbing the side of the house,
another one of the leaders has mushroom conks that is evident of Ganoderma; which is a rot disease
that is uncurable and will cause the tree to fail. Another oak tree has these same mushroom conks that
is evident of Ganoderma and should be removed. The last oak tree has a severe lean and is hanging
over the house and would cause severe damage if the tree were to fail. All of these trees are
considered hazardous and should be removed to prevent any possible property damage. Please see
