Dear Mr. Pendleton:
At your request, I have inspected the 31.5" laurel oak tree in your front yard.
This tree has advanced stages of heart and root rofi and is very unstable.
It is my recommendation that this tree be removed as soon as possible, as it is
eminent danger to persons and property.
