Inspection reveals the followingt Removal of trees numbered one through four and trimming of
number five.
1. 34" DBH live oak tree Ieft side of home. The tree is 3" from edge of roof eve and 1.5' next to
foundation of home. Complete tree has lean over home. Tree is an unacceptable hazard to
persons and property.
2. 24" DBH live oak tree front of driveway. Tree has excessive lean toward home, walkway and
driveway. Tree has heart rot at lean point. Tree is an unacceptable risk to persons and property
and a high failure risk.
3. Tall sabal palm located in the rear has trunk rot and narrow taper, tree has high failure risk.
4. Tall Sabal palm located in the front left on COAB row is a failure risk due to trunk rot and taper
issues and a hazard to pedestrians and vehicle traffic.
5. Rear live oak has excessively long leads overhanging home and should be trimmed, cut back to
reduce overhanging weight over home.
The trees number one through four are a hazard and can cause unacceptable damage to persons and
property and should be removed. I recommend removal pursuant to Florida Statute § 163.045,
