To Whom it May Concern:
Upon inspection of the property, I found a Sweet gum tree that needs to be removed. The
tree is growing too close to the house. The roots have already caused problems to the home’s
foundation and will only worsen over time. The tree has also lost the top canopy in a storm that
landed on the roof causing extensive damage. The tree is a hazard to the property and the
homeowners and should be removed.
