To Whom it May Concern:
Upon inspection of the property, I found three (3) Live oaks. The first tree is growing
within a foot of the roof next to the front door. The trees is lifting the concrete up and should be
removed to prevent further extensive damage. The second tree is growing over the roof of the
house. It cannot be trimmed properly so that it is within 10 feet of the roof. The tree should be
removed to prevent damage to the house and so that the house can be insured. The three tree is
growing within a foot of the back of the house. The entire tree grows over the house. It also cannot
be trimmed property and should be removed to prevent damage and to allow the house to be
insured.
