To Whom it May Concern:
Upon inspection of the property, I found a large Live oak tree that needs to be removed.
The tree is not dead nor dying but it is growing only a few inches away from the house and it has
outgrown its place. The tree is also leaning over the house and there is no safe way to trim without
hurting it. The tree should be removed to prevent future damage to the house. Extensive damage
will occur if it is allowed to stay there and grow. The homeowner will plant a Live oak at a location
in their yard. This solution is best for the tree and the property.
