Removal (After the fact) letter regarding felled dead small 12" diameter or less trees and debris.
Observed (2), visibly dead 12" DBH or less, live oak trees and associated stumps, and (1) 8" DBH
hackberry tree and associated stump. This letter is to certify that in fact the above 12" or less DBH live
oak trees were dead at time of cutting and the hackberry tree is not a legacy species as defined by
current protections.
