Good Afternoon Abrielle,
Please accept this letter is in addition to the previous tree evaluation submitted for the McCarthy residence at
2331 Oceanwalk Dr. Atlantic Beach, FL. The purpose of this letter is to specify that the 2 Laurel Oaks are
a definite hazard and it is recommended for the safety of the neighbors that these trees are permitted for
removal. Both trees were trimmed incorrectly in the past and have a severe asymptomatic structure. I would
also like to include this specific species of tree has a history of failures, thus promoting a potential safety hazard.
