Necessary removal of one rear 20” DBH live oak tree (double trunk) due to the following:
1.Tree is against the eve of the home
2.Tree has codominant trunk
3.Tree is growing into strucure
4.Tree has lean over structure and chimney
I recommend removal pursuant to Florida Statute § 163.045.
