The oak tree grows at a bad angle. The canopy lays on top of the house. There is no possible way to trim the oak tree to prevent it from being close to the roof. The oak tree should be removed to prevent any possible damage the branches would cause from hitting the house. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me. Street Atlantic Beach, FL 32233 Kathy, Bob and other interested parties, As the owner of the above property, I give you permission to take the necessary steps to have the oak tree, rooted in my backyard and spanning over your property, removed. I also give the tree service you choose permission to access my backyard to facilitate the removal. This approval is given with the understanding that all permits and City of Atlantic Beach approvals necessary would be acquired before the removal. While I dislike the idea of losing any old-growth trees, I understand the danger and problems that the tree creates. Thanks for you help.
