Thank you for the opportunity to assess your trees at the above address, my findings are as follows. I
observed rear 28" DBH single trunk live oak tree with codominant stems that present a hazard to
persons and property, further observation reveals several hollow cored leads in upper canopy due to
competition with larger live oak tree. I recommend removal pursuant to Florida Statute § 163.045.
