The palms have deteriorated trunks due to age. They are growing in an area that stays saturated and the bases of the trunks have mold growing on them. The palms are a hazard to the property and should be removed. In addition, there are five (5) Sweetgum trees that need to be removed. The trees are an invasive species of trees, and they grow rapidly, which makes their wood very soft. The trees are growing in a very saturated area and the base of their trunks have mold growing on them. The trees lean over the house and the neighbor's house. They are a hazard to both properties and should be removed. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me. Best regards, IV-, Lae jAL-Y rove Joe Musgrove
