Re: Assessment of Pine Trees
Mr. and Mrs. Gammage,
Necessary removal of the following pine trees at above address, this letter supercedes letter dated
September 21, 2022 and includes updated language regarding Florida Statute § 163.045.
Necessary removal of two front slash pine trees due to pronounced lean over driveway, client home
and neighboring property. The above trees are an unacceptable risk to persons and property per Florida
Statute § 163.045 and corrective pruning will not provide a remedy to reduce a risk failure from
medium to moderate. It is recommended these trees be removed.
Necessary removal of one rear slash pine tree visibly struck by lightning, said tree is an uproot risk
due to saturated soil from tidal marsh flooding and a hazard to homeowners property and neighboring
property. Corrective measures will not reduce the unacceptable hazard to persons and property from
medium to moderate therefore should be removed.
