To Whom it May Concern:
Upon inspection of the property, I found two (2) Water oak trees and two Palm trees that
need to be removed. The Water oak has a large hole located at its base with visible rot on the inside
of the tree. The two palm trees are infested with bugs, and they are starting to rot. Woodpeckers
are destroying the trunks of the trees. The trees are hazards to the property and should be removed.
