To Whom it May Concern:
Upon inspection of the property, I found two (2) Palm trees that need removal. The trees
pose an unnecessary risk to persons and property. The trees are growing in very tight areas and
have grown so tall that they stand above the house. They also lean at a bad angle making them a
high risk for breaking in heavy winds. The trees are hazardous and should be removed.
