To Whom it May Concern:
Upon inspection of the property, I found one (1) Water oak that needs to be removed. The
tree is diseased and is starting to die. It has holes in the trunk where there is visible rot in the base
of the tree. The tree also is covered in Mistletoe. The tree should be removed to prevent damage.
The tree is a hazard to the homeowners and the property.
