Re: Rear Left Elm Tree
Mr. Parker,
Observed one 15" DBH american elm -tree within left side fence, the top crown central lead is dead
with limbs dead within canopy overhanging rear pool and decking. Due to location of tree along
property line and pool, trees pose an acceptable risk to persons and property.
