To Whom it May Concern:
Upon inspection of the property, I found seven (7) Palm teres that need to be removed. The
palms are very old and have grown to the point that the heads are starting to bend. The homeowner
previously had a palm tree fall on the neighbor’s roof. The palms in question should be removed
as soon as possible in order to prevent damage to the homeowner’s property and the neighbor’s
property as well. The trees are dangerous, and they pose a threat to the homeowner’s and
neighbor’s person and property.
