To Whom it May Concern:
Upon inspection of the property, I found a Water oak tree that is suffering from root rot
and it is starting to spread into the trunk of the tree. The tree grows on a slope in the yard, and it is
leaning towards the new house being built on the property. The tree is a hazard and should be
removed. In addition, there is a Palm tree located on the property that has holes throughout the
trunk and visible rot can be seen. The tree is also growing on a slope in the yard and is leaning
towards the new house. It is a hazard to the property and should be removed.
