At your request, I have inspected the 28 inch Live Oak in your rear yard.
Your concern is that the roots of the tree will have an effect on the
foundation of the condominium. The answer is yes. The air conditioner pad
already shows signs of heaving due to the roots growing under it and your
back patio has already been repaired because of a large crack. This is very
early evidence that the tree will do damage to the foundation of the structure
causing a hazard to persons and property. I would recommend removal.
