At your request, I have inspected the 14" Live Oak behind the garage and
the 14" Laurel Oak in the back right corner at 463 Palmwood Lane. These
two trees have open cavities and a weak stem. Both trees exhibit substantial
dead wood throughout the canopy. Also present is an unacceptable lean
which could cause damage to persons and property should the tree fail due
to strong winds. I recommend removal of both trees.
